CAR SERVICE

 A Local car service is offering a 10% discount for our conference attendees.  The price is more than the taxi service.  About $90 from O'Hare & $110 from Midway.

We have set up a ride share form if you'd like to share a ride.

The online portal allows guests to book a Sedan or SUV reservation up to 4 hours prior to needing service. If a guest needs service within 4 hours or needs to change/cancel a current reservation, we are available 24/7 by emailing  info@windycitylimos.com or calling 847-916-9300.

TAXI SERVICE

The hotel uses "American Taxi".  Their rate is $45 from Midway and $39 from O'Hare.  You would call a week prior with your flight info.  Their number is 847-673-1000.  The advantage of these two options is that you can arrange your pick up ahead of arrival and have it there when you arrive.

UBER

Uber is also an option.  Their rates look to be between $35 - $60 depending on the size of the car and the time of day you're traveling.

PARKING

The hotel has free parking for those of you who are driving or renting a car.
